Report a Dumpster Area Without GPS
Your phone may block location sharing, or you may be using a desktop computer. You can still ask our nonprofit team to review a dumpster-area concern. This is a private manual-review request—not a submitted map observation or an inspection finding.
What to include
- General location: city and nearest shopping center or cross streets; a street address only if appropriate to share privately
- Rain exposure: is waste visibly open to rain? Yes, no, or unsure
- Litter or overflow: yes, no, or unsure
- Drainage nearby: a storm drain or obvious runoff path? Yes, no, or unsure
- Follow-up: how staff can reach you if clarification is needed
Privacy and safety: Do not trespass or enter enclosures, handle waste, or approach moving collection trucks. This form does not accept photos. Do not send photographs showing people, license plates, minors, or personal information by ordinary email. Never include sensitive personal records in the message.
How it works: Select Other as the inquiry type below, begin the message with “GPS-free dumpster-area review,” and provide the location and three observations. The request goes to a private staff contact queue. Staff may contact you to arrange safe, authorized verification. It will not create a public map pin, earn challenge points, or count toward Temecula 500 unless a separate, approved verification process is completed.
