Your Dumpster Care Starter Kit

Practical training and checklists you can use today. Free from Adopt-A-Dumpster™ and Secure Structure Alliance Inc.

1. Employee Dumpster Guide

A short shift routine: sort correctly, keep materials inside containers, safely close working lids and report leaks, overfill or broken hardware. Includes a shift huddle and sample incident report.

2. Property Manager Checklist

A practical weekly walk-through for lids, gates, loose trash, sorting, wet cardboard, standing liquid, hauler access and work orders. Useful for shared commercial centers.

You submitted photos. What happens next?

Our team can review your submitted enclosure photos and provide preliminary notes as capacity permits. This is separate from the free starter kit above. We do not automatically assign a risk score or certify compliance from photos.

  • Visible condition: whether we can see covers, gates, signs of overflow, staining or damaged components.
  • Information gaps: what the photos do not show, such as drainage direction, pickup frequency, site access or current collection rules.
  • Practical next step: a suggested owner check, staff-training action, hauler conversation or need for an onsite assessment.

Privacy first: photos and the exact property address stay out of the public map by default. We do not publish the individual site based solely on an online claim. A photo review is educational and preliminary, not a stormwater inspection, regulatory determination, guaranteed sponsorship or promise of a free retrofit.
